11/07/25 SSTAR Learning Guides, Activities have been updated to reflect NSW Food Legislation and additional key focus areas that are stipulated by the NSW Food Authority to meet the requirements for a Food Safety Supervisor.
The assessment include additional mandated case studies and questions that address the units of competency as well as the following 4 key focus areas:
Allergen Management
Safe egg handling
cleaning and sanitising
food act offences
